Duane talked about the way Missouri's agencies are learning from one another about federal policy changes and their impact upon state services. Duane also spoke about building capacity for support professionals through the use of the College of Employment Services and collaboration between state agencies Missouri APSE. Additional topics covered included: evaluation and quality assurance, and partnering with individuals, families and community providers through the use of DDS Regional Staff.
